Grab A Pirate
March 7, 2015
The Bristol Rovers FC matchday programme, ‘The Pirate’, for the game against Eastleigh costs £3 for 56 pages.
The Eastleigh programme is full of features you won’t have seen on the BRFC website.
“The Pirate” has picked up two Programme of the Year Awards this season.
Manager Darrell Clarke pens his own notes and there are two major player interviews, with Nathan Blissett and Adam Dawson while the featured player in the centre spread is Steve Mildenhall.
News from the BRFC Academy includes an award for Tyler Lyttle and news of excellent performances against Liverpool by some Academy teams. There is also a match report from a reserve game against Exeter City.
In the history section Stephen Byrne looks back at Victorian Rovers and the history pages feature season 1991/92.
If you haven’t previously purchased a matchday programme give it a try.
