April 28, 2015
Details of the Park and Ride service provided by Forest Green Rovers for the match on Wednesday 29th April 2015.
A ‘Park-n-Ride’ service will be running Wednesday evening for both sets of supporters, with parking available at two locations, including 200 car parks at local company Renishaw and another 200 at Wyevale Garden Centre, each opening between 5pm and 11pm.
With the added presence of BT Sport trucks, players families, extra media and added staff, parking at The New Lawn will be closed to fans that are not on the pre-booked parking list. In addition, there will be ‘Parking and Waiting Restrictions ‘ being enforced on Nympsfield Road running up the hill from Nailsworth from 12 noon on Wednesday – so fans from both clubs are urged to utilise the ‘Park-n-Ride’.
The ‘Park-n-Ride’ services will run buses at least every 20mins from:
- Renishaw’s car park on the A46 (between Stroud and Nailsworth) – accessed via the entrance opposite Regency car dealership – for fans coming from the direction of the M5.
- Wyevale Garden Centre car park on the B4014 – for fans coming from the direction of the M4.
Both ‘Park and Ride’ options will cost £4 per car (CASH ONLY), which is the normal price for parking at FGR games and any profits will be donated to Nailsworth Primary School.
