This is the overall record of matches between Bristol Rovers and Leyton Orient.

The last BRFC victory was on the 17th January 2009.

The score in that League One fixture was Leyton Orient 1 v 2 Bristol Rovers.

Since then Bristol Rovers have lost five on the spin.

The scores have been:-

08 Aug 2009 Bristol Rovers v Leyton Orient L 1-2 League One

02 Feb 2010 Leyton Orient v Bristol Rovers L 5-0 League One

13 Nov 2010 Bristol Rovers v Leyton Orient L 0-3 League One

12 Feb 2011 Leyton Orient v Bristol Rovers L 4-1 League One

30 Aug 2011 Leyton Orient v Bristol Rovers L 3-2 Carling Cup

The last defeat was that end to end match that had Muzzy, in his inimitable style, bombing forward.

Our Manager at the time went for it in added on time and we got turned over on the counter attack.

Supporters will remember the match partly because of the tremendous right footed shot of Lee Brown.

A blaster from distance from the new boy that hit the woodwork and deserved to be a goal.

30th August 2011 Carling Cup Second Round

Stephen Dawson grabbed a stoppage-time winner to earn Orient a Carling Cup third round trip.

David Mooney lobbed visiting keeper Scott Bevan to give the home side the lead.

Ben Chorley converted a spot-kick to put Leyton Orient two ahead.

After the break Chris Zebroski cut the deficit and Bristol Rovers substitute Elliot Richards levelled.

But Stephen Dawson’s last-gasp winner put Leyton Orient through.
