You win some. You lose some.

During their unbeaten league run the BRFC Academy Under 18 side have ridden their luck at times.

Against Exeter City on Saturday 10th October 2015 they were out of luck.

Frank Rosenwald was The Grecians scorer.

Always dangerous on the counter attack, Frank Rosenwald scored the only goal of the game in the second half.

Tom Fry and Olly Mehew will feel that their names should have been on the score sheet.

Tom scored with a delightful left footed free kick in the second half.

Tom Fry was left back in this game

However, the referee insisted it was taken again because he had not blown his whistle.

Olly Mehew, substituted late on, had twice hit the foot of the same post.

The Exeter City style of play is based upon drawing teams in to then hit them with swift attacks.

The goal came on the counter attack immediately after Olly Mehew had hit the foot of the post.

This was a slightly disjointed and below par performance by the BRFC Academy.

A full match report will be provided later this week.
