The BRFC Academy Under 16 side were scheduled to host Swindon Town FC Academy Under 16 side on Saturday 14th November 2015. The heavy rain and saturated pitch resulted in the match being called off.

The Under 9 to Under 14 squads had arranged fixtures against Exeter City.

Due to the wet weather it was necessary to move all home fixtures onto 3G pitches.

The Academy used the SBS Centre 3G pitch for the 2pm kick off with the Under 9 and Under 11 sides.

For the Under 13 side the Academy moved to Sir Bernard Lovell 3G pitch for a midday start.

It was good that they were able to get a game on for the players.

There were lots to admire from the Under 13 fixture, with both teams playing some excellent football.

The Under 13 team were clinical in the attacking areas of the pitch and produced some excellent pieces of defending and goalkeeping to protect their own goal. Their goals came from Andrew Williams and Callum Ball.

While the Under 12 group got off to a shaky start, they produced a fine comeback and scored some excellent goals to round off an impressive attacking display.

The Under 10, 12 and 14 teams played away at Exeter City’s Cliff Hill Training Ground.
