Bristol Rovers Young Pirates are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic volunteer.

The role to fill involves looking after the Young Pirates Mascots at all home games.

The position was previously held by Alan Egelton.

He has now retired from the Young Pirates Committee.

The successful candidate will be required to attend all home first team matches.

Briefly, the role entails:-

(1). Meeting mascots at 12.45pm;

(2). Taking them into the changing room to meet the Bristol Rovers players;

(3). Involving them in football skills and drills on the pitch during the warm-up;

(4). Ensuring the mascots walk out with the team and pose with the captains and referee at the coin toss;

(5). Reunite the mascots with their families – just on or after 3.00pm.

There are no further duties you can then watch the match courtesy of a free ticket provided by the club.
