Trolls Sacked

October 5, 2016

Former Rovers manager Paul Trollope was sacked by Cardiff City as the sacking season gathers momentum.

Trollope, who only joined the Bluebirds in the summer ultimately paid the price for winning just two out of twelve games this season despite two Rickie Lambert goals giving them a victory in their last away game at Rotherham.

Former Rovers favourite Lennie Lawrence leaves the club with Trollope and they are replaced by the much travelled and experienced Neil Warnock.

All three South Wales clubs have now changed managers this week.

Interestingly Cardiff’s next game sees them take on Bristol City.
