Permission be granted for the removal of conditions 7 and 13 attached to planning permission PT01/2726/F.
There are two noteworthy conditions outlined below and permission is subject to the imposition of all other relevant conditions attached to this consent.
(A). Only such roofing and external facing materials approved in writing by the local Planning Authority shall be used in the construction of the building.
(B). The site of this application cannot be used for first team professional league or cup matches nor shall it be used for matches for which there is paid admission.
