A bid on the side

Aug 10, 2017 | News

Many thanks to all that have made bids in the past two seasons.

In 2015-16 we raised £352.59, last term we topped it and managed to hit £361.92.

The bar has been set then. With a bit of luck we can top that this time.

Today we have two shirts donated by Keith Brookman.

Item 1. 2005-06 multi signed home shirt.

Here we have an XL home shirt. It is in very good condition apart from a tiny part right in the front centre of the collar where the stitching requires a small repair. I have counted 18 separate signatures and can make out Chris Lines, Richard Walker, Andy Sandell amongst others.

Item 2. Yellow away shirt.

I am not sure which season this one was produced but imagine it was around the same era as the home shirt above. Worn by Keith it is adorned with his initials. Size XL it is in very good condition.

Both of these items have been auctioned on Ebay since Thursday the 9th of August and will be available for 10 days. The minimum price is just 99 pence each item and the highest bidder wins.

Links to all both auctions will be found at http://bristolroversmemorabilia.weebly.com/

If any other Rovers fans have any rare or interesting Rovers related items that they would be happy to donate, please pass the item(s) on to 199 Two Mile Hill Road, or pop in to the Supporters Club matchday shop in the car park by the Dribuild Stand.

Thank go to Jamie for all his good work.
