A Rovers Development Squad featuring some familiar faces ran out 3-1 winners away from home against Bristol Manor Farm.
Manor Farm FC took the lead through Jay Adams early on, meaning Lee Mansell’s side were 1-0 down at half time. However, the ex-Rover motivated his players well at the break and saw a brilliant turn around in the final 45.
The team featured a number of players who have appeared for the first team in pre-season outings including Deon Moore and Michael Kelly.
The team will now progress into the quarter-final of the competition which is set to be played before the end of the year.
