Away Coach Travel Terms & Conditions
All supporters booking away matches on the official Bristol Rovers Supporters Club coach must comply with these conditions.
- Supporters Club members may book travel only for themselves using their own membership. Members cannot book for others using their own email address.
- When booking away travel, you must log in to the website as a club member. Use the correct drop-down menu to indicate whether you are a member or a non-member. If you claim the £5 discount without being a member, you must pay the difference before travelling. Otherwise, future bookings may be cancelled.
- When booking, supporters must enter their surname and first name. This is required for health and safety; omitting the surname also complicates stewards’ identification.
- If a supporter cannot attend an away match and wants to transfer the booking, they must obtain prior agreement from the Supporters’ Club. There may be an additional charge if the new person is not a club member.
- To obtain a refund, notice of cancellation should be made at least 72 hours before travel; refunds are at the discretion of the Supporters Club Committee. Every cancellation incurs a £5.00 surcharge.
- Payments may be accepted on the day of travel at the discretion of the Supporters Club and subject to availability. Payment for all bookings is due before departure.
- To receive a free fifth away game, supporters must use the official Supporters Club coach for four consecutive league games. This offer excludes pre-season friendlies and cup matches. If a supporter receives a refund during these four games, they must restart the sequence.
- Away coach departure times are listed on the supporters club’s website. Coaches leave from designated areas at the booked time. If a supporter is late and misses the coach, no refund will be given. Any changes to times will be made before travel, and supporters will be notified.
- By law, any alcohol, vaping, smoking, or use of recreational drugs are not permitted on any of our coaches. The supporters club reserves the right to refuse travel or remove anyone disobeying these rules.
- Abuse, bad language, bad behaviour, and inconsiderate acts are not tolerated on supporter coaches or at service stops. Such behaviour may result in police action, refusal of travel, or a future ban.
- Supporters must return to the coach at service stops and after matches. If you make other travel plans after the match, tell a steward before leaving. The coach will leave no later than 30 minutes after the match. If late, you must find your own way to Bristol. This avoids delays and follows the driver’s regulations.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on all our trips. We reserve the right to refuse travel if we believe this rule has not been followed
- If a game is postponed once we are en route or have arrived at the ground, no refunds can be given, as the coach travel will have already been provided and charged for.
