How do you see the season planning out?/
How do you rate the season so far
Darrell seems to have steadied the ship, I hope at least to get in the playoffs.
After the first couple of games I admit that I was a bit frustrated, as performances were pretty bad!, but the green shoots are definitely there of recovery are starting to show.
So fingers crossed, the only way is up…UTG!
Any funny/unusual stories at Rovers?
I used to stand in the Thatchers terrace for many years and at half time two young guys jumped onto the pitch and proceded to scatter the ashes of a loved one onto the pitch.
Sadly the wind blew the ashes back into the stands..lol
Also, who remembers the lady streaker?
I was in the family stand with my then young son and she got her top off right in front of me..ahh!!!, those were the days.
On the story above, try to find the footage and the classic commentary to go with it from Dave Rogers and Andy Warren, it was legendary.
The picture provided is of the Blackthorn Buccaneers…and Paul Sams is on the left in the shorts and Rovers jersey.
