When did you start watching Rovers?
Peter : 27th August 1955. A 4-2 home win over Doncaster Rovers. Doncaster’s centre half was Charlie Williams who later found fame as a comedian and hosted The Golden Shot.

Final game of 2015/16 season v Dagenham & Redbridge, ending in promotion.

Sammy Igoe’s 93rd minute strike in that play off final.
Lee Brown’s promotion winning 92nd minute goal against Dagenham & Redbridge
Favourite away ground?
Torquay United, which gave us several opportunities for a weekend by the sea. Rovers’ connections included Robin Stubbs, John Rudge and Frankie Prince.

How do you see the season planning out?/
How do you rate the season so far?
For various reasons the campaign so far has been a massive disappointment, but we are putting our faith in the ability of Steve Evans and Paul Raynor to turn things around and save our season.
Any funny/unusual stories at Rovers?
We remember; sitting on Teignmouth beach one summer when the deckchair man collecting the money turned out to be Peter Hooper.
