Bristol Rovers Supporters Club are only too happy to give this Foodbank collection our full backing. There are four North Bristol Foodbank outlets local to the Memorial Stadium: Ebenezer Church in Filton Avenue, St Mary’s Church in Lockleaze, The Greenway Centre in Southmead, and the Revive Charity Shop in Filton Avenue. Please be generous and help someone in crisis have a good Christmas.

Dust off your Santa is a Gashead hats and grab a can cuz it’s time for the Christmas collection!

GAFP will be collecting for North Bristol Foodbank prior to our home game against Southend United at the Memorial Stadium on Saturday 7th of December. Supporters will be able to bring donations of Christmas food, treats and other general supplies to the donation point just inside the Memorial Gates from 1pm on the day.

We are asking particularly for donations of Christmas chocolates & biscuits, selection boxes, Christmas puddings, sponge puddings, savoury snacks, tinned ham, stuffing, gravy, tinned custard and fruit juice but welcome contributions of any other non-perishable foods, juices and sanitary supplies. These will be given to North Bristol Foodbank for distribution to people in crisis across the area.

Gasheads Against Food Poverty (@Gas4Foodbanks) was established in 2018 by a group of Bristol Rovers supporters in response to the rise in demand for foodbank services across the country. We have had two very successful collections in which generous Rovers, Scunthorpe and Bradford fans have donated around a ton of supplies on each occasion. Sadly, emergency food supplies distributed by North Bristol Foodbank have increased by 54% between April and September 2019 compared to the same period last year. Yate and Chipping Sodbury Foodbank, which merged with NBFB recently, saw an increase in demand of 48% in the same period.
