Gas Girls come from behind to hit seven

Sep 29, 2021 | Gas Girls, News

The Gas Girls scaled new heights on Sunday when they came from two goals down to record a 7-2 victory over Bristol Ladies Union in a league fixture at Combe Dingle. This victory kept their 100% record following their promotion with three consecutive victories and is a statement of serious intent.

Georgia Vandries led the way scoring four goals with further strikes from Libby Bell, Jess Lumber and Kelly Cutler.

With no fixture this weekend the girls can catch their breath and they return to action with a fixture at Cheltenham Town’s Development side on October 10th.

Our Development side are in action this Sunday playing a league game at Dursley Town Ladies.
