With the first team having a Sunday off the Gas Girls Development side held centre stage and didn’t disappoint in defeating Cheltenham Civil Service by nine goals to one at Lockleaze Sports Centre on Sunday.

Jess Frazer led the way striking a hat-trick and Zoe Jones added two more. The scoring was completed by strikes from Tamsin Shipley, Shannon Francis, Georgina Burgess and Rosie Hall.

This result lifts our Development side up to fourth place in the Gloucestershire County Womens’ Football League division two table, six points behind leaders Olveston United who they meet this Sunday.
