Both Gas Girls sides were in Gordon Perrett League Cup action on Sunday afternoon.
Our first team cruised to a crushing 12-0 victory at second division Cotswold Rangers. Both Georgia Vandries and Jasmine Bull helped themselves to club record equalling four goals, with both Libby Bell and Rosanna Rocha scoring twice. This was Georgia’s second four goal return of the season so far.
Our Development side bow out of the competition losing on penalties at Tytherington Rocks after a 0-0 draw.
Our first team return to action next Sunday when they take on Longwell Green Ladies in a league game at Lockleaze Sports Centre at 2pm. Our Development side now face a seven week break; they are not in action again until 19th January when they face a trip to Cheltenham Civil Service Ladies.
