We were all sorry to learn that Linda Pawsey passed away at the weekend.
Along with her husband, Roger, Linda was very much involved in the early days of the Junior Supporters Club/Young Pirates.
Linda, whose father Bill Blackmore was Chief Steward at the club for a number of years, was also, at one time, membership secretary of Helpline for a while.
Our thoughts go out to Linda’s family and friends at this sad time.
Linda’s funeral will take place on Friday 31st October at 11.15am at Canford Crematorium and friends and family will gather to remember her afterwards at The Royal Inn, Portishead.
