It is the time of year when our thoughts turn to the holding of our Annual General Meeting, which is usually held in October or November.
Under current Government Guidelines of course it is impossible to hold any such meeting or for us to even follow our own rules in publishing AGM notices with no match-day programmes being produced.
Our AGM will be held as soon as it is practical (and legal) for us to do so and we have already started the process of planning for it. There are a number of positions up for election this year:
Supporters Club elected Director of Bristol Rovers Football Club
Our Away Travel Organiser Leanne Hawkins position on the Committee
In addition to these two positions there are a further two vacancies on our Executive Committee.
Bristol Rovers Supporters Club would welcome applications from fully paid-up members only that wish to put their names forward for any of these roles. To apply we would be grateful if you could supply us with:
Your full name
Your membership number
You will require a nominator and a seconder and we will require their full name, membership number and address details too. You are a welcome to write out an election address too, 500 words maximum please, but this is not mandatory at this stage.

Please be aware that applications for the fans director role will be subject to an interview process and Bristol Rovers Football Club have the right to veto any application.
