For the first time, our season tickets will be on an electronic card system as opposed to the previous voucher booklet. This will necessitate a shorter renewal window than in previous seasons to ensure cards are ready for the start of the 2018/19 season.
In addition, the club has been working hard in the background to improve the experience of supporters purchasing online, making this as easy for them to do so as possible.
All supporters will need a unique email address on our system per season ticket. This will enable us to communicate with you with important information regarding your ticket as well as set-up your log-in to our online ticketing site. This will begin on launch when you will receive an email, containing all of the information required to log-in and renew online.
We require all supporters to have a log-in per season ticket that they own, this will include a unique email if they wish to renew online. Personal contact preferences can be managed online to control the way that we interact with each individual account and we will not market to any minors. Preferences can be managed once you log-in to renew.
If you do not with to submit additional emails, you are still able to renew your season tickets over the phone or in person.
Furthermore, we are also making progress with plans for tickets for away matches to be purchased online from next season. Therefore, we would encourage all supporters who are computer literate, to use this method moving forward.
