In the 2014/15 season there were approximately 2,000 Bristol Rovers Supporters Club members.
There was a 10.2% increase for the 2015/16 season and roughly 2,200 members.
Another 13.6% increase during the 2016/17 season has seen the numbers rise to a healthy total of 2,500.

An analysis of the membership data for the 2016/17 season has revealed the following picture.
This data helps the committee to gain a fuller understanding of our existing support base.
It also helps us to focus on potential growth areas for membership.
It also indicates a possible way forward in terms of the future services we could or should provide for members.
For the 2016/17 season the overall membership data is:
ADULT MEMBERSHIP * – 86%
SENIOR MEMBERSHIP ** – 14%
FEMALE MEMBERSHIP – 17%
MALE MEMBERSHIP – 83%
OVERSEAS MEMBERSHIP – <1%
EXILES MEMBERSHIP *** – 10%
(* Adult Membership was £11 during the 2016/17 season.
** Senior Membership was £5.50 and applied to those Over 65.
*** Exiles Membership measures those members who live 80 miles or more from Bristol.)
For the 2017/18 season, there is now an option for those Under 21 to become a member at the price of £6.
(This picture is slightly different to the data previously shared about the ONLINE Membership. The differences are not huge but indicate there are genuine benefits of having online membership for certain groups of supporters.)
