Vacancy 1 – Education Tutor (Full Time)

The Trust are looking to recruit someone to provide high quality educational delivery for our expanding BTEC Level 3 National in Sports Coaching and Development course. The successful candidate will also support the development of a range of additional educational programmes to further develop the Trust. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about teaching, football and sport. 

The successful candidate will need to excel in classroom delivery and be able to engage with a wide range of people.

Remuneration: Salary dependant on experience, £18,000 – £22,000 per annum

Vacancy 2 – Degree Mentor (Part Time)

The Trust is seeking to recruit an Education Mentor to oversee the FdSc Community Football Coaching and Development degree from September 2020. This course is in partnership with the University of South Wales (USW), but is based at The Memorial Stadium. The Education Mentor will support, mentor and teach students enrolled on the programme by facilitating tasks and provide collective and individual support to maximise student’s successful completion of the FdSc programme. This will involve overseeing the student’s participation in distance learning webinars and manage student’s adherence to deadlines on a weekly basis. The successful candidate will also support the recruitment of new students onto the course to help grow the programme. We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about teaching, football and sport.  

Hours of Work: 16 hours per week over a Monday and a Friday

Remuneration: £18,500 p/a (pro rata) based on a 40 hour working week (This role is for 16 hours per week until July 2021). Any additional hours required of the role will be paid at a rate of £20 per hour.
