Helpline members were asked to complete and return a form at the bottom of their letter to confirm that they agreed that Helpline could hold their details on file for the duration of their membership.
To date, only a small percentage of members signed and returned that form and Helpline Chairman, Martyn Radnedge, is asking all members to ensure that they return the completed form to him as soon as possible.
