Bristol Rovers have increased their stewarding levels and security operations ahead of Millwall’s visit.
The Lions have sold their allocation of 1,279 tickets for the fixture as they aim to guarantee a play-off place.
Bristol Rovers have sold over 11,000 tickets, so this could be a sell-out for the first time this season.
“We will have an additional 30 stewards against Millwall,” the club’s Safety Officer Dave Parker has stated.
“It is an all-ticket match so we will know how many people will be coming to the stadium.”
“There will be police on duty from early in the morning, and this match is a designated police match.”
Bristol Rovers are in contact with Millwall over arrangements for players to greet fans after the final whistle.
It is traditional for players from the home side to do a lap of honour after their last game of the season.
Millwall could have clinched sixth place, and they would want to celebrate with their supporters.
