The Supporters Club Committee is deeply shocked to learn of the passing of ‘Car Park Nige’ from Coronavirus yesterday.
Nige’ was known by everyone who entered the Memorial Stadium via the Filton end entrance and he supported Rovers at every away game. Nige’ was one of us, a true ‘Gashead’ who will be greatly missed when we are eventually allowed to return to that which we all love so much.
Our sincere condolences go to all his friends and family at this sad time.
