As well as the “Proud Sponsor” donations, remember that the Football Club benefits from regular monthly payments of around £2,000 that comes directly from the present contributing members of the Supporters Club’s Share Scheme. The December payment saw the scheme pass the £1.2 million shareholding investment mark since it’s inception and we now have around a 7% shareholding in Bristol Rovers Football Club. No one can doubt or even think that one million two hundred thousand pounds (£1.2 million) is a fantastic sum to raise. Bristol Rovers Supporters Club members and volunteer workers are simply the best and deserve the maximum praise.
