Scooter Tickets Selling Well
September 25, 2005
Yesterday’s match saw the Supporters Club customised scooter on display in the Bass Terrace end of the stadium.
Since its launch at the Lincoln game, uptake for tickets has been very good and with a prize worth over £3500 its no surprise.
The Supporters Club’s season long draw has three prizes, the first prize being the scooter, which comes with a customised Rovers paint job documented as unique by dream machine. In addition, it comes with a customised helmet, insurance, road tax, training and safety gear, in fact all you need to get you on the road to the Mem in true Gas style!
The second prize is a Breeze mountain bike which also comes painted in a custom Rovers paint job, along with accessories.
Third prize is a signed and framed Rovers shirt for this season signed by all the squad, men’s or women’s team, you decide. [image2]
The scooter will be on display at the Supporters Club share scheme meeting at Filton college this Thursday and then back to Pirate Leisure. It will be also making appearances at 199 and other shops too, more details to follow on that.
The Supporters Club would like to thank our young volunteers Laura and Ben, who along with Laura’s Dad Ian have been working hard selling tickets at the matches so far. We hope to get the scooter on display at various points around the stadium over the season so everybody gets a chance to not only see it but also to buy a ticket and be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize which is brought to you in association with Bike Direct, Bristol’s Premier used bike superstore. Please visit their web site via the link on the right of the page for great deals on quality used motorbikes.
