Cheltenham Now A Sell-Out

January 6, 2006

Having been on sale for just a few short hours today, tickets have now been totally sold out for the Cheltenham match at both 199 and Pirate Leisure.

With Cheltenham constructing a new stand for away fans which replaces the old terrrace, Rovers were originally allocated a total of 1437 tickets. After appealing for more to meet the predictable demand for this local derby match, an extra 191 tickets were allocated by Cheltenham, making a total of 1628.

With Season Ticket holders and other support groups being given priority before the tickets went on general sale today as is usual practice, it was obvious demand was going to outstrip supply. Once on sale today tickets were snapped up within just a few hours and there will be no more available for this match.
