Matty Taylor

June 28, 2016

How has Matty Taylor contributed to the recent success of Bristol Rovers?

His record of roughly 1 goal in each 2 games over the last two seasons places him among the very best.

He finished the 2015/16 season as the leading goal scorer in the entire Football League.

He went through a spell in the Spring of 2016 where he scored 13 goals in 12 games.

His contribution to the team in terms of his build-up play and assists is now as valuable as his goals.

Despite the constant battering he faces he has only missed one match in the last two seasons.

Without his contribution Bristol Rovers may not have achieved the double promotion.

Is it any wonder that so many clubs have expressed an interest in signing Matty Taylor?
