Bristol Rovers Women’s FC are delighted to announce the dual signing of England U15’s & U16’s International, Lily Greenslade.

The seventeen year-old striker who also plays for Bristol City’s RTC, is joining ‘The Gas’ and following in the footsteps of her twin Brother and Bristol Rovers youngster, Harvey Greenslade.

Our new arrival, said, “I’d like to thank Bristol Rovers Women’s for making me feel so welcome and allowing me to dual sign. I’m looking forward to the challenge of playing competitive women’s football and hopefully being involved in another successful year for the club.”

‘Gas Girls’ First-Team Manager, Nathan Hallett-Young said, “I’m absolutely thrilled that Lily has has signed for the club and I know that she will make an enormous difference to our squad. She has been incredibly impressive during training and you can clearly see her talent and potential. We’re really looking to working with her and supporting her throughout the season and it’s fantastic to see how much she’s enjoying the environment.”

Lily comes from a family of life-long ‘Gas Heads’ and it won’t be long until we get to see her in the famous blue and white quarters, later on this summer.
