Central defender Jack Baldwin is the latest Bristol Rovers former player to receive a cap to commemorate his league debut for the club.

Jack arrived at The Memorial Stadium in July 2020, having previously played for Hartlepool United, Peterborough United, Sunderland and Salford City (on loan).

His first senior game for Rovers came in a League Cup defeat at Ipswich Town on 5th September and he made a goalscoring league debut in a 2-0 home win against Northampton Town on 3rd October when he became the 947th player to represent the club in league football.

His Rovers career took in 41 league games and on leaving, in August 2021, he joined Scottish Premiership side Ross County, and has been a regular in their side ever since.

Bristol Rovers Supporters Club is grateful to Matt Leek, who has remained in touch with Jack and kindly agreed to sponsor his cap. Matt was able to present it to him when he travelled up to Scotland recently (he also took the photo!)
